With this Distribution Agreement the Supplier undertakes to supply regularly to the Distributor, based on his orders, the products specified herein, at the price specified herein for their further sale in the territory specified herein. SLO: S to pogodbo se dobavitelj zavezuje, da bo distributerju na podlagi njegovega naroÄila redno dobavljal v tej pogodbi doloÄene proizvode, po v tej pogodbi doloÄeni ceni, zaradi nadaljnje prodaje na v tej pogodbi doloÄenem teritoriju,… DEU: Auf Grundlage dieses Vertrags verpflichtet sich der Lieferant, dem Vertrieb die Vertragsprodukte regelmäßig zu liefern gemäß dem jeweiligen Auftrag, dem festgesetzten Vertragspreis und zum Zweck des Weiterverkaufs im Vertragsgebiet. Ferner verpflichet er sich, die üblichen Vertragspflichten zu erfüllen und Dritten im Vertragsgebiet keine Rechte zum Vertrieb der Vertragsprodukte einzuräumen. HRT: Tim se ugovorom dobavljaÄ obvezuje da će distributeru temeljem njegove narudžbe redovito isporuÄivati proizvode odreÄ‘ene tim ugovorom, po cijeni odreÄ‘enoj tim ugovorom, radi daljnje prodaje na teritoriju odreÄ‘enom tim ugovorom, da na tom teritoriju neće omogućiti drugim osobama da bi one prodavale proizvode odreÄ‘ene tim ugovorom, te da će ispuniti ostale obveze utvrÄ‘ene tim ugovorom. ITA: Con il presente contratto il Fornitore si impegna a fornire regolarmente il Distributore, in base alle richieste di quest'ultimo, dei prodotti definiti dal presente contratto al prezzo stabilito dal presente contratto allo scopo di rivendita sul territorio definito dal presente contratto. Nel contempo il distributore si impegna a non concedere ai terzi la vendita dei prodotti di cui nel presente contratto sul territorio stabilito, nonché ad adempiere tutti gli ulteriori obblighi definiti dal presente contratto.
